I hired Steve Karol’s to represent me after I was charged with reckless operation in New Hampshire. I am a Massachusetts resident, and I made that clear from the beginning. I was assured that he would help me and that I would not lose my license. The charge was reduced to negligent operation, and I was told that all I needed to do was complete a 6-hour driving course and avoid getting pulled over for six months. I completed the course as required and have not had any further issues. Despite fully complying, I later received a notice stating that my Massachusetts license is being suspended for 60 days. When I contacted Mr. Karol’s for clarification, he told me that he does not hold a license in Massachusetts and can’t do anything about it but As my attorney, I believe it was his responsibil

I called them on 6/20/25 via a google search. I talked to Steve KARELS. We chatted briefly regarding my first DUI offense case. He suggested paid the NH fines, plead guilty. He stated NH DMV won't suspend my license for first offense DUI. His retainer fee was outrageous $6,000.00 USD which was extremely pricey. He didn't give me very professional legal services which I decided go with another DUI attorney which I won my case as a dismissal. Stay away from this law firm.
