I highly recommend Tracy Newmark. She has represented and continues to represent me extremely well and very professionally. It is sad that my ex-wife, Jennifer Vilela, posted a negative review. She is still sour about the outcome of the case. Tracy was able to help me and my boys reach the outcome we were looking for. Unfortunately, some people cannot let go and continue to cause pain to our family. Thank you Tracy for caring about me and my boys throughout the whole process. The absolute worst experience with attorney Tracy Newmark. Shows up to your court hearing looking like she just rolled out of bed. Shows up unprepared and her fees are exuberant and inflated. Then when you fire her she sues her clients in small claims court for unearned legal fees. 2 thumbs down. Hired Attorney Seth Schneiderman and he resolved my issues quickly and professionally! Most importantly he did not over bill!! Which is a rampant trend with attorneys in South Fl.

Outstanding Attorney, she is one of the best attorneys I have seen on the floor. She gets the job done. I won full custody of my child by her diligence and hard work. She has a great office staff that are like family. Thank you Tracy for everything.

Absolutely the most disgusting unprofessional Attorney you will ever meet. She doesn’t do her job, she constantly lies. Shows up late to mediations, Court, depositions with no regard to anyone else. She has literally robbed our family of over 80k in attorneys fees and going on two years of litigation. She doesn’t return calls or emails and when she does it’s all lies and more time to waste money. She ask for a professional courtesy of extension and then never follows through. Filing a complaint with the Florida Bar. I actually feel sorry for my ex husband as he is the one footing the bill. Do not hire Tracy Newmark.
