Top tier lawyer who has been a mentor to me: I thank her for all the friendly advice she’s taken the time to give me over all of these years and the sacrifice she is making to the community by taking two public defender positions for the pay equivalent of ONE public defender. It takes someone with a heart for service of others to do that. Paula has that heart. She will fight like a dog for all of her clients. You can’t ask for more than that from a lawyer. In 1989 Miss newcomb handled my divorce she was very caring and professional.and treated my ex wife with respect she was very good and did not let the intimidators of the Johnson county courthouse bother her great lawyer great person.

I was wrongfully accused of three counts felony charges. I'm from TN and Mrs. Paula took me in just walking off the street listened to my side of what really happened. She stood behind me and never budged for anything the DA said or offered. She wasn't going to allow them to wrongly accuse me of things I was innocent of. After almost a years worth of traveling and three different judges sitting in, I walked out with the judge giving a bs misdemeanor that is up to be expunged from my record. Judge said I wasn't leaving with his DA not getting something. I just shook my head and still didn't sign. The professionalism Mrs. Paula shown in the court room was top of any I have ever seen. She is very reasonable and does her best to get what you ask for. Never had an issue with her at all. Will always recommend paula and will always come back to her if needed. Thank you paula. You no what your doing. Never heard a bad thing about you.

She is terrible. She doesn’t do anything and she waits so long to do anything that you have to pay extra. When she doesn’t get the stuff done she makes excuses and says she’ll do it later. I’ve delt with her for over a year, and she is still making excuse to getting stuff done. Don’t go to her. She’s a joke.
