My experience of using this law firm for my EB-2 NIW application is very disappointing. I didn't have much citations but they said they could take my case. I believe they are confident and would do a great job. However, the reality is, my lawyer was cursory in each of my questions and never provided meaningful answers. The petition letter and LoR draft was basically summarization of research result without appropriate linkage to national importance. Looks like they are "lecturing" my case officer. I felt they don't select cases but take everyone that comes to them. However, their service quality is very bad. Go to other firms (ex. WeGreened, EP) or DIY instead. Save money and do better!

New Weiming has helped with my O1 visa application in 2021 and my EB1A application in 2023. Both were approved without RFE. They also helped my I485 filing last year and it just got approved. It has been a good experience working with them. The attorney prepared all my documents very quickly and cautiously. The whole process was very efficient. The staff working there have always responded to my questions/concerns very promptly (typically within a day). I do highly recommend them for your visa/green card application.
