If I could leave no stars I would. Billy was exceptionally rude on many occasions. Told me one thing and told my brother another in dealing with my mother’s estate. Trying to force us to sell the house so they will get more money when none of us want to sell. This is the first time I’ve ever had to deal with someone passing and being in charge of an estate and they honestly acted like I should just know what should be happening, they were not helpful. Find another attorney if you were thinking about this one. I also had a whole other case that I needed to retain them for and they wouldn’t even call me back. Great place to get some legal advice. I made an appointment to talk to Attorney Fredericka. He took time out of his day to give me some legal advice. And he didn’t even charge me for his time or advice. Would highly recommend this law office. Thank you for your help.

My family has retained them to settle my mom's estate. So far so good.

Talked to the paralegal who was very rude and disrespectful. She would not let us finish a sentence to try and explain our situation. Claims she doesn't know us and claim we were making something up. Claimed she didn't know if we had the right paperwork but would not let us schedule an appointment to talk to a real lawyer. I would not recommend them.
