I am using this office as closing attorney for a refinance . I have been waiting on the title search to come back for over 5 weeks. I have called Mr Turbeville's paralegal, Holly at least twice a week for the past 3 weeks asking her to contact the title search company and give me an idea of when it might be ready or at least a status update. She said she would email them and let me know. Not once did she ever call me back with an update. I finally called her once again on Wednesday afternoon 12/22 around 3:00 p.m. She told me she had finally gotten my title search back that morning. I said great, so everything is clear? She replied that I don't know, I haven't even looked at it. So while I have her on the phone, she is looking over it and sees something that she has a question about.
