Mr. Diaz is very friendly and very professional at what he does. He took my case with no doubt and it turned out to be successful. I was stress free along the whole process, he knows a lot of people on the field and does his job very well. I really didn't do much, he took care of everything even before going to court. I just want to said that Mr. Diaz help us when many other lawyers had told us that our case was NOT WINNABLE and that we shouldn't even tried. That was not a choice for us and we kept looking for a lawyer that would help us. A relative recommend us Mr Diaz and when we met he told us that our case in deed was very complicated but if we did everything he told us we had a chance to WIN IT! Nestor worked on my husband's immigration case about 10 months ago in a professional manner. He was very helpful and guided us through the immigration process including the documents and applications needed. The USCIS process took about 6 months for work authorization, SSN, and non-alien residency (green card).
