Very unprofessional. It was a brief interaction with this firm. We had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Karen on a property for sale in Brooksville. The unit was an all cash purchase. After putting together a quarter of a million dollars in cash in 3 days. As we awaited the contract we were told would be sent within 24hrs. Only after we reached out to Karen, we were advised she didn't have time to call and they actually couldn't do it and accepted a previous offer they had that had already defaulted once for the same amount. The property owner was just as much of a problem as the agent, (A whole story in its self). Paul has handled our estate planning and candidly has done an excellent job. Very straightforward, to the point, spot on correct with everything he's done for us. He's saves us money and I believe put us in a better position than we'd be in had we listened to many others offering standard advice. Bit expensive pricing for consultation but you're paying for experience and knowledge. Was very friendly straight forward and didnt waste my time or his. I would suggest if you have any concerns regarding real estate check him out. From my initial phone call the staff was pleasant and easy to deal with. I arrived early to my appointment and Mr. Nessler came out with in a few minutes to greet me and let me know he was with someone else and would help me as soon as he could. I felt that was a very good first step being as he could have simply had his paralegal keep touching base or giving me updates.
