Howard was my daughters guardian ad litem for 7 years and I never heard from him once and I did not receive any bills over that 7 year time period to see how my $2,500 retainer was being spent.And when I asked Howard about not receiving any bills over the past 7 years he told me that the retainer was spent and he shredded all the documents pertaining to my courtorder. So with that said I would definitely not recommend him at all.

Beware, he will help your former spouse harass and abuse you to get papers signed and arrangements the way they want them. DUFF is a disgusting fraud, he should be disbarred and questioned about his moral and ethical conduct, such a disgrace.
