He heard me out when they initially didn't take my case, saying they "wouldn't just take my money" for a $600 consultation with partner. filed under OSHA first, so rejected consultation until we talked CEPA and kept the consultation. Jesse Sengstacke was exemplary to the point where when she owns her own firm she can save my review and apply it to hers. So knowledgeable & patient. with my complex CEPA case, clear retaliation, just not sensible to take case at this time. tbh, still feel I got $600 value from the consult which spanned multiple convos over multiple days. negative: waited quite long to hear back. wish I pressed for an answer sooner now that I've lost time.

The front desk agent for this firm is extremely rude. After just a brief conversation she stated that I couldn’t be helped and just hung up in my ear.

I came to this law firm for help in a labor discrimination dispute. Not only did they fail to reach an agreement, but they also chose not to pursue it in court because it would not render enough money for them. As they nicely put it in an email, "we get to pick and choose our clients. we don't choose you". They really don't care about you as a person or your rights as a person. During a difficult time they failed me and insulted me caring only about their pockets. I would not recommend them.
