I used them for a closing on a property. They were professional, organized, and took time to answer my questions/calls. Would use them again.

As a lender, I've had Neel, Robinson, and Stafford handle the majority of my closings for the last 2 years. We have always closed on time. They have provided each of my clients with a high level of professionalism and reliability. From the pre-closers, the attorneys, to the closers, the process runs smooth each and every time.

NRS did not receive funds from our buyer by closing and instructed us to hand over keys without all of the money in escrow. Since the buyers did not pay, we (obviously) did not allow the buyers to take possession at closing. I believe this interaction resulted in racial accusations towards myself and my agent. It is also my belief that this situation could have been handled better by having the buyer's down payment wire in hand prior to closing. Based on my experience I would not recommend.
