Evan Needham in my opinion is the best real estate lawyer in town and here is why... I had an issue with a home I was looking to rent, the property manager and listing agent were not working with me at all, and playing games. They were saying unless I moved into the home at a specific date, which was sooner than I actually could (and that was communicated to them before giving them the deposit) that I would forfeit my $6k deposit. I got tired of it, and decided to hire Evan Needham. I called Evan, and that very day he had me come to his office, and we spent 2 hours going over the facts. He wrote a letter for me, which resulted in me getting my money back in full within 3 days.
