I have been involved in six different real estate transactions but I never encountered so much incompetence topped up by ignorance and rudeness! This person Martha McBride aka Martie, the paralegal that is acting like she owns Nedder and Associates LLC (maybe she does) is totally unprofessional, never in the office and treating you like you are working for her not the other way around. She was my “attorney” in selling my house, recommended by my real estate agent... She was never in the office when called (out for lunch, left early etc). The incompetence of this firm was carried on all the way to the end. Four days after the closing I called the office to enquirer about my money and Martie answered that the founds were not wired to my account because she was in Chicago!!! I asked to be rei
