They collected funds for us from a customer over a year ago now. We still have not received those funds. They quite responding to my calls and emails. Really bad for a collections company to not pay a customer. I see now why Bill left them.

Was contacted several times by Preston Bounds. Provided all my documents for collections, was told the customers objected & refused to pay, now he will not respond to emails, phone calls, or text messages. Office line goes to voicemail & email gets kicked back as undeliverable.
