My experience with attorney Jeremy Johnston was very disappointing. He was yelling throughout the call and only took action after the bank filed a lawsuit. His communication was disrespectful, and I have not heard back from him since May. In hindsight, it might have been better to negotiate directly with the bank, as I may have avoided a lawsuit altogether.

Jeremy Johnston was absolutely unprofessional, condescending, arrogant, and cocky. And when I told him that, after he absolutely acted that way...he said thanks for letting me know. He explained that "not many people were above him" as far as this firm goes. I will never speak to him again and actually canceled future actions with him involved.
