Some very important information about this law firm. I have had to report them to BPR in Tennessee, and the state bar in AL. Please be advised that they attempted to obtain a default judgment against me by claiming that I didn’t respond to a motion to extend a judgment within the 30 days. I showed proof to all parties involved that I had responded in a timely manner. They are claiming it was just a mistake on their part. Please note that they still attempted to collect the debt when I called to ask why they were seeking a default judgment when I responded. The person I spoke with told me the judgment was granted, and that I had to pay what they claimed that I still allegedly owed. If only you can give 1 star. Company lied at court to force me over there saying they gave communication with no one hearing back. Went to court, got them to ACTUALLY talk and agree on a payment plan. Agreed on a monthly amount we would settle for, and a date I need to have the first payment by. A week later no ne is answering phone calls, emails, voicemails or anything to get ACCESS to the account I need to start making payments towards like what? If I am going to pay you answer the stupid phone so I can set it up!!

I am trying to resolve this debt. I became a widow not because I wanted to it just happened and I’m trying to work with them and they refuse to work with me. Every time I think I’ve got it figured out I’m gonna be out of the stress they decide they have to do my payment when I’ve told them over and over and over again that I cannot afford to go up any I am one person just barely making a Living The fact that they will not help and will not work with me is very stressful

Terrible service, terrible communication. Apparently this is not a new trend as evidenced by previous reviews from as far back as 6 years to present day. I received 2 notifications on the same day one certified and other regular. Both were garnishment notifications. I called and when I finally got a representative, I was rudely told that there were multiple notifications sent since November. However, at the time of this review I have yet to receive any. Also at the time of this review, I have YET to receive any phone calls either. Their payment portal is a scam, I’ve made payments through it but somehow they were not received. I have called this law firm twice to settle my wage garnishments because they haven’t been receiving them. One lady I talked to was nice and understanding while the other was very rude and seemed to try and rush me off the phone with no help. I kept getting the same answer over and over again instead of this person answering any questions I had.
