Nathan was appointed to me through the court system, and I couldn't be more grateful and thankful that he was. He helped me navigate and keep my sanity during a custody agreement then shortly after helped me in a way that I'll never be able to thank him for enough in an even more detrimental custody situation in which he helped me succeed. Nathan cares about the people he represents. There's no doubt about that. I am forever grateful that our paths crossed. Nathan has helped me in multiple cases. He explained things I didn't understand, and he cared! He actually cared! He is very busy, but always made sure I had my questions answered. Highly recommend this firm. I work with many law firms in my employment. But chose Nathan Pace for all my personal matters including real estate transactions, handling my wife’s estate and my estate planning, and yes traffic citations I have extraordinary confidence thanks to skills, integrity and thoughtful attention I receive.

We had an appointment for a consultation with Nathan at 4pm the other day and arrived 10 minutes prior to that time. Nathan was in court in Batavia; so I’m confused as to why we didn’t receive a phone call letting us know what was going on. We sat and waited for 30 minutes until the staff said we would need to reschedule. We said we would just wait until he got there. We waited for another 30 minutes totaling an hour; not a good first impression. After taking us back some very rude, unprofessional comments were made about the case. However, we still were going to proceed to “hire” him. If you don’t have the total anticipated amount for the case, then forget about hiring him. I would never use their services again or recommend to anyone . In fact when I know of someone looking for assistance in law or family matters I tell them to steer away from this office . The ladies behind the desk were excellent to work with, always providing as much information as they could . Nathan however I feel was very unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate and does not listen to his client at all. It’s what he wants. You work for me ! Not the other way around . Poor communication.
