Very rude employee named Jessica . had an attitude, and I was simply asking a question as to why I was given the runaround for the last two weeks When I was just simply requesting document copies. I wish I would’ve been told this sooner rather than wasting two weeks. Attorney Natalie Morgan is great, but her staff could definitely use some customer service training.

I walked in the office the other day and her staff was very nice to me. I look forward to visiting the office again 😊
