In case you need a reminder: The First Amendment provides that Congress make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting its free exercise. It protects freedom of speech, the press, assembly, and the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Would give a 0 if I could. DA Dana needs to be in jail for trying to stop a journalist from exercising free speech. So does commissioner Ryder. Absolutely horrible behavior displayed by this county's government.

I hope this office upholds our constitutional rights as citizens of the United States of America and immediately drops the charges against Sean Paul Reyes of Long Island audit and returns the property the police stole from him. The police officers that illegally took away his freedom for 6 hours should be required to spend 6 hours sitting in that same cell.

I talked to my friend Evan Donnelly from Bray, Ireland and he agreed the persecution of Reyes is a shame to his family's surname. DA Anne Donnelly, do better!

These people are best at framing people into false cases made by police! They are good at creating false evidence to make it look like an evidence to fool the jury! Their whole system is corrupt and they would go to any level to protect their corrupt system because at the end of the day they are the part of a corrupt system!
