On August 2, 2023, I was arrested by the U.S. Marshals. I was held without a bond in Bourbon County Regional Jail. Subsequently, I was indicted on November 2, 2023 for allegedly violating, Title 18 U.S. Code § 751(a). I had my initial appearance on November 9, 2023.
