I refinanced my house and because I was using less than 20% of the refinance to pay off my debt they said it ALL had to come to them first. I’m now trying to travel to visit my grandmother who is expected to pass any day now and it’s been three weeks waiting for the check to clear which has been pending on Nancy’s office’s approval. This has been so frustrating. Emotionally and financially and no matter how often I try to contact them I can’t get anyone to respond.

These people and staff are the pits! They lady who answer the phones is rude as h*** ! They will hold your money forever they do not care about your lively hood!!! They should be out of business.
