Nancy Cochran Maddox, Attorney at Law, P.C.

My 1st cousin past away September 2014 eleven years ago left Last Will & Testament, including me and several others in the Will there was a fairly large sum of money and property. Nancy Maddox is the attorney for the estate, it is still not completed, Some of the heirs have passed on and others are up in age. I am not at all pleased with her and obligation to carry out the trust put in her.

We hired Nancy to handle the probate on my father’s estate. That was in April. It is October. Nothing has been filed with the courts and she will not give us OUR documents back until she “makes copies” of our sensitive financial records. Hopefully I will be able to retrieve our file but certainly reaching out to the State Bar.

Highly recommended. She took care of updating our will and power of attorney.

Great RE closing attorney. I've used her services on many small to medium deals over several years. She does the title policies too. You can't go wrong based upon my experience with her and her staff.

She and her staff are awesome and have always made my Aunt and myself a priority when it comes to legal matters that have to do with estates and wills. Completely and totally perfessional. I know that all the I's are dotted and the T's crossed with and legal representation they participate in!!!
