Wonderful experience, obviously nobody wants to have to hire a lawyer, but Charlie stepped up in my time of need. He communicated effectively and took care of my case so I could focus on my daily life and job, which were already overwhelming as it was. 10/10, but never again if it can be avoided, lol.
