My husband & I have used Mylod & Fitzgerald for a number of things throughout the years. From real estate closings to litigation to estate planning. They're always professional and they truly care about their clients. They work hard for their clients! I highly recommend either Philip or Emiline, no matter which one you get you'll be in wonderful hands in this Father/Daughter practice. The office staff is wonderful & knowledgeable too, which is icing on the cake!

Emiline was extremely helpful during our home buying process. We had initially decided not to use an attorney but changed our mind when we were in the inspection phase. I’m so glad we chose to use one and found Emiline. She is very knowledgeable and jumped right in and was able to help answer our questions and made us feel at ease and informed throughout the rest of the process. She made sure everything was in order beforehand and we had a smooth closing.

Emiline and her the team are exactly who you want when you're purchasing a home. Communication was top notch and made a very painful and stressful process bearable and at times, almost easy. Cannot recommend her enough. We'll be using her services for our wills as well. Very excited to work with her again.
