I certainly didn’t have a good experience as Nudson seemed to have shifted her representation from my side of things to being neutral in the case I was paying her for her representation in the form of “doing what’s in the child’s best interest” which I decided I wasn’t paying for someone to be neutral… and certainly didn’t need another opinion, she took my money and fled, now she’s facing different allegations of fraud with burmaster (my previous judge) only took 4 months after our separation for this duo of fraud to take place….

In my opinion, Trina is truly the best thus far! I have tried numerous times to coparent with no success until I was ordered to BH2O. Trina made a light when there was none at all for my family through her program. She focused on our CHILD and on making both parents feel comfortable around each other so that we could think clearly when in the presence of our kids.Trina prioritizes what both parents want and coming to an agreement which is the starting point in effective coparenting. Both Trina and Ann Marie always listened to our opinions and concerns and gave unbiased advice. Trina does not favor the mother nor does she favor the father, she favors the child. If you have to deal with this place get a attorney immediately and tell the court to get you anyone but Trina Nudson. Both my kids lives are ruined because of this woman's choices in my opinion. I was not heard at all warning her of what would happen. It did happen. Also she went against court orders without approval from the court. Her primary concern is money not kids. In my case all she cared about was money in my opinion. She had no concern for my children despite my plea. I was completely right. Once she knew I was right I stopped getting billed. I have every intention of reporting her to the kansas bar. Without a bunch of detail the people she allowed around my kids, one was just convicted. Those people and Trina will see me in court soon enough.

Yet another lawyer perpetuating intimate partner violence via the family court system. The court appointed Trina as a guardian ad litem in my divorce case. When I advocated for my child and myself against my abusive, drug addict ex husband, Trina told me I needed to "grieve the loss of control." Funny, she removed herself from the case shortly after due to how my ex was treating her. You couldn't just grieve the loss of control then? If you'd like an update, I was right about everything and I have sole custody now. I hope you feel great about the fact that you profited off of putting my child in danger.

In my opinion this place is trash. My kids and I will suffer for life. There is no accountability on their part. In my opinion Trina Nudson thinks she can do no wrong and does not need the courts approval to destroy your family. Run!!!!!!
