Does not care about folks in his districts concerns, damages to property, poor management and failure to communicate. Throws 3" gravel down on a paved road thanking it will fix the pot holes. Just scratches paint. Never seen gravel dumped on hwy 69 or I40 to fix their pot holes. Over a year now and our road has not been touched by a grader to fix flooding issues. Also fails to trim trees causing paint and body damage.
Always friendly and very helpful.
