Not at all a good experience. Lack of communication, would not return calls or emails. Process lingered on FOREVER bc of this. Our adoption was an easy one due to father surrendering rights but was drawn out longer than necessary d/t lack of communication. Not sure if she just has more than she can handle or what the issue is. Also, after the adoption was done, she was to file the paperwork with ATL for the new birth certificate. We waited & waited bc we were told it could take a very long time, 6-9 months. Over a year passed by. I called the office in ATL only to be told that she never even filed the paperwork! This was part of the adoption that she was paid to do & we were told it would be done & had no idea it had not been done. I had to surrender all of my original documents & pay addi
