James is after nothing but your money. I hired him to represent me and paid him up front. He was late for my first court date. The case was continued before he ever showed up and he did not even contact the court to find out the new court date until I hounded him about it. Turns out in was in 2 days. We would have missed it altogether if it were up to him. He then refused to even tell the DA that he was representing me unless I gave him more money before court
