I used Brian J. Murphy as a lawyer about 20 years ago for a pretty serious traffic offense. He wouldn't come to an agreement with the prosecuter because he knew the law, and knew we could win. Opening statement was something like "The prosecution wishes to drop the charges against the defendant." Luckily I haven't needed a lawyer in the past 20 years, but if I do, I'm calling this guy! I highly recommend him, and I'm glad to see he's still in business.
