That said, I don't believe my expectations were unreasonable. Unfortunately, this firm managed to hit all the wrong notes, striking out spectacularly. Strike One: I called this firm in Stoneham, Massachusetts, not once, not twice, but three times, only to be met with a robot's cold indifference. "Leave your name and number, and we'll call you back," it said, as though I was trying to reach a secret government agency rather than a small-to-mid-sized law firm. I wouldn’t recommend this office for anything. They’re only worried about how much money they can get, give a bunch of non sense info & don't take importance in reaching out to clients in a timely manner. Please do better!
