If i could rate 0 stars i would. Absolutely the worst kind of people work here. If they call you I would recommend you hang up and get legal help ASAP. They will lie and manipulate their way into your life to find out where you work and where you bank. Once they figure that out they don’t care if your grandpa had a stroke and you’ve been taking care of him. They don’t care if you drive an old car that barely runs because it’s all you can afford. They don’t care if you can’t afford to make payments because you work minimum wage. All they care about this their bottom line which is strangling as much money out of you and your loved ones as possible. Unprofessional, argumentative and very unhelpful. I wish I could give them -5 stars. Avoid at all costs & seek legal advice. They wanted me to pay them without a legal signature back from them for a contact. Absolutely not going to happen.

Law firm in NY calling me from a California number. Some generic message about how they “must” talk to me TODAY. After a few calls I tried returning their calls. No answer, unreturned voicemails, a secretary who left me on hold until I hung up. I left a message not to call me, that no one would tell me what this is regarding and that I need all future correspondence in writing. Do you think I ever got anything? Then the phone calls started again. I don’t call back. This “Mr Rodriguez” that keeps calling me has too much time on his hands. I don’t trust companies with fake numbers that leave generic voicemails. If it’s that serious, send me a detailed explanation through mail. I have tried to resolve a debt due to a lawsuit from ROONEY AND FLYNN. I have contacted this firm a dozen times, for no one to answer my call, or return and of the voicemails I have left. How are you gonna attempt to collect a debt from a person, who is willing to pay- AND NOT ANSWER OR RETURN CALLS???? Do better as a law firm because these are people’s livelihood you are ruining.
