Released my first lawyer after months of nothing being done and hired Moye Law Attorney we had our first meeting and he said this is a bullcrap charge they have on you then he said we will lose our case in south charleston they want court cost but after we lose there he said he would appeal it to a real classified judge at a higher court the judge would look at your case laugh at it and dismiss it we win so 2 days later my court hearing in south charleston started at 5:00 so i set in waiting room to go into the court room and about 5:30 my lawyer Dave Moye comes to where i was waiting and had me to come out in hallway there and then he said heres the deal its a good one better take it i was floored after him telling ne 2 days pryor its a win win now he's telling me to take the deal they w

Very slow, tries too hard to find anything to charge for instead of getting it done in reasonable time. Have had same property sale experience go so much smoother with 3 different attorneys in last few years and by far this one has found more things that did not even apply to sale and if purchaser had not caught an error they would have been over charged to boot !! If you have abundance of time and not worried about figures or times and dates being correct as agreed this is the place.
