It was an amazing experience start to finish Wally Moxham is a great lawyer we delt with Amy most of the time she was amazing kind right on top of things she made the whole process settling my mom Estate smooth . Any compliments you give her she simply says its my job no going above and beyond always made time you talk to me when things got bit stressful how she handles her self in those kinds of situations is amazing it take a special person to do what she does thank you Amy .

My divorce is finally over after 6 years, & I can finally speak on experiences I had dealing with certain parties. In my experience, Laura Miskell has been awful. NEVER communicated with me about her representing my own child (despite me reaching out with concerns more than once), not even once, EVER, in almost 4 years. Even with evidence & concerns about abuse or physical harm to my child. Nothing. No response. Doesn't care. & Also, allowed my ex to literally steal my child & separate siblings for no good reason & against a court order & then make up his own schedule during COVID (he knew courts were closed), & no one ever cared or held him accountable for being in contempt of court, multiple times. Does not care about the best interest of the child. BEWARE.

Worked with this law firm to buy property in March. It has been over 5 months and we still do not have the deed to our property. We called multiple times with no return phone call and went into the office 2 times to be told they don’t have it but not to worry they have a photo copy. The county says it was sent to their office months ago.

Child lawyers are supposed to be there for the child and do what is best. Miss Miskell does not always work with the childrens best interest in mind. She is easily manipulated and can not keep her facts straight. She never returns phone calls but then shows up in court and lies to the judges and says she is unable to make contact with the party in question but we all know she never made the call. She needs to stick to what she knows and clearly that is not children! Let's not even get into her poor judge of character... I do not recommended her for anything family court related. Or anything at all for a matter of fact, not after the horrible and gruesome encounters we have had. Lawyers are supposed to care and she does NOT. She would rather get one half of the story and make her play from
