Hired Beth for a Custody matter. If you want an attorney who does minimal work representing your interests and on multiple occasions will display lack of due diligence throughout the court proceedings then rush right to her office and make the same mistake I did and hire her. When I had a conversation with her to express my displeasure with her services and gave examples of her failure to display due diligence she filed a motion to withdraw as my attorney 2 weeks before the trial date. The motion to withdraw was denied when I cited that it could not be done with out material adverse effects, but I then told the judge I was not able to have faith in her ability to properly represent my interests with the issues I had during the course of our interactions. I was able to extend the trial date

I went for a consult and left angry. She told me that my fiancé is NOT my fiancé because we don’t have a set plan for when to get married. She told me repeatedly that my “life would be easier if you were married” and even said that people owning property while not married is a “red flag for her as an attorney”. I just wanted help with an adoption.

Retained her for a realistate issue. No contact with me for 6 months. Contacted her and found she had taken no action at all. She did return the retainer after a month.

One of the best lawyers in Doniphan...really cares about the clients....would recommend her to everyone....

No communication with me at all. Extremely unprofessional.
