I’ve worked with Moulton Law Office twice now. The first time, the experience was smooth, communication was clear, and I appreciated how the process was handled. That case was resolved efficiently, and I left feeling confident in their work. The second time, my case took longer — understandably, they were busier and had more going on. Still, my charge was reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor, and I paid the full $4,000 felony fee, knowing the outcome was still a positive one. But here’s where I’ve struggled: after successfully completing Drug Court and being off probation for over two years, I’ve been trying to get my charge officially removed. We emailed Mr. Moulton, called him, and he was going to look at our information for our Living Trust. Several months went by, and we heard nothing. We emailed him again, but still no response. So, we dropped by the office and gave his office manager all of our info. She said she would get right on it. Again, we heard nothing. After close to waiting for a year— we finally gave up and went elsewhere. Would recommend you go elsewhere from the beginning.
