Just finished up with the sale of a co-op in NYC and I have to say my attorney John Moss was literally a Godsend. I felt no worries at all because he’s not just an excellent attorney he’s a genuinely authentic and honest person

I worked with John Moss for my home purchase. John is an excellent attorney and a pleasure to work with. He is responsive, professional, friendly and humorous. This is not my first purchase, but it is my first purchase in the NYC. Surprisingly, the procedure is so different here and the attorney is THE person who completes most of the work. John explains every details and he is always available to answer any questions. In addition, comparing to the amount of work he did and the time he spent throughout the process, the service charge is also very reasonable. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Brandon McKenzie more than lives up to his reputation as the “Airbnb lawyer.” He helped me navigate complex real estate matters and Airbnb regulations and legislation. Our association hired Brandon as a lobbyist, and he was successful in lobbying for the defeat of an ill-conceived bill that would have outlawed or unreasonably restricted short-term rentals. Legislators have since adopted a considerable amount of the language he drafted in a competing bill, so we are now much closer to a common sense piece of legislation that will serve the interest of all stakeholders involved. John Moss was also my attorney for the sale of my home, and I could not have been in better hands.
