Had the pleasure of working with attorney, Fred Kuhn and his paralegal, Tanya K. Despite what’s being said in previous reviews (which has nothing to do with the actual ethics and standards of the law firm), my experience with Moss & Kuhn was nothing short of professional and fair. Tanya did an awesome job of communicating with me the entire process and made me feel like I was more than just a client. Mr. Kuhn, was very sympathetic, understanding and made sure my case was handled properly and the compensation I deserved. I’m glad I made the decision to have them work on my case. Trustworthy? Attorney Cory Fleming is now serving 46 months in prison. Not a very reputable firm.
