Moss & Associates Greenville Office

My bankruptcy was discharged in 2023 with Moss. It took months of harassing them to get them to finally get moving on my case. I would have moved to another attorney except that I had already paid my fees in full. Even on the day of my court hearing I hadn’t heard anything from the office and had only a 2 minute conversation with the attorney before we went on the call with the judge. It was incredibly stressful. It is now 2025 and I am STILL receiving collection calls from creditors who should have been included in the bankruptcy. When I contact the office to see how to handle them or if I should refer them to their office it is crickets. Literally zero response to what I consider an issue that is their responsibility. This attorney’s office lied and said they were filing my discharge documents for 2 weeks now I am down to the wire on the number of days I have to file! For months when I called they never answered the phone or returned messages. Stay away! Or you will regret it! Untruthful!

Mr. Chris Edwards and this team are AMAZING and are Godsent! He was very knowledgeable on my husband filing chp 13, he moved swiftly with checking to be sure everything was turned in on time. Y'all we were due in court literally 4 days after giving answer to court documents, they scheduled it on a day I had surgery and so they moved it up a day giving us less time and Mr. Edwards still got it handled. Court was at 2pm, chp13 was filed at 1:03pm!!!! I'll ALWAYS ALWAYS have his back and recommend any situation his expertise is in to him and him alone. We have several children and so it wasn't just about me and my husband, we had kids to think about and I'll never forget it. I give him 100/100!!! THANK YOU Mr. Edwards. Forever grateful!!

They did nothing to help me, it was like pulling an arm and a leg to get the refund I got. IF I COULD FIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. I had one FREE consultation. I paid 100$ retainer. I never came back for another appointment, and never have them paper work to fill out. They did nothing. I made appointments with them to get my refund, that due to the foreclosure on my home, I had moved out of state. I would never advise anyone to go to this location. Bankruptcy is never a fun time. Nor should it be entered into lightly. 7 years ago I hired Moss and Associates to help me with mine. As far as I could tell, it went smoothly and expeditiously. Also, I felt the cost was fair, around $2300...7 years ago. Simply put, I recommend them for your troubles if YOU simply have no other choice. I strongly recommend you investigate your options and realize bankruptcy is not always the best option.
