Someone left a review in my name that is not a reflection of how I feel , this review was left nine months ago by my son who committed suicide shortly after . It was just brought to my attention and I discovered it was from the old account from his phone . Scott and his father have been very helpful and comforting while I’ve had to navigate a terrible time in my life . I tried to remove this old review but due to it being on my sons old phone I can’t access that acoount and I hope this negates the poor review he left in my name

Mr Kerry and Scott Moseley made our wills against my husbands thoughts. When my husband died, two weeks later, around the 1st of April I went along with my son we went to see him about probating his will. My mind was so hurt and scared. I needed open information about how to handle things. He jumped on the fact that I had let my niece take his pickup which my husband wanted and that it wasn’t in the will. So, ok. Then he said if you sign this document you can make me the executor. He never explained that I would no longer be able to do anything with out his approval. I can’t sell my home. I have struggled for more than a year financially. I had to sell of my jewelry, my husbands tools, just to survive. I’ve asked for help but NO! I just want people to know how advantage I have been taken o

Least stressful attorney visit I’ve participated in. Scott Moseley sat down with my husband and I and listened. He made suggestions, and helped us come together in what we wanted that would work in revising our wills. I highly recommend him. I like his philosophy( I like a good fight) that’s someone I want in my corner. He’s willing to fight for you.

Called and spoke with Scott Moseley regarding a situation our family is dealing with and he very graciously spoke to us at length about the realistic options we had. We thank him with all our hearts for helping us assess these options and find a way to move forward. We highly recommend him for speaking frankly and taking time from his day to help. Our conversation was very enlightening and I can't thank him enough.
