I being trying to reach out to this debt attorney for over 2 years. Without my knowledge or any debt validation letter I was sued and sentenced a default judgement, without proper service of summon especially living in an apartment complex. Also parties of this judgement wasn’t aware of judgement when it said the summon certified mail was perfected but done fraudulently . I also found a judicial error on my case for a different address when I received a refund for that address when lease was up, and everything was settled with no debt nor damage or anything. This company is fraudulent going after people during COVID when limited interaction and social distance protocols was in affect.
