The Worest law office I have ever hired. They will not represent you at court. They will not fight for you. They will do nothing on your behalf. I am a CDL driver and I get a ticket for careless and prohibited driving in 2025. The case was postponed many times but I called when my hearing was closer, they ( Marledge law firm) told me there’s nothing they can do about it. I went there with a student male who works with morledge law firm. He did not have the right experience on this kind of case. And I was convicted in very embarrassing way. Because I have never testified before. Now my insurance increased 30% with 3 points on my license. I would recommend not to be their clients.

From my experience with this firm. I wouldn’t recommend them. If you have a criminal case and thinking about hiring this firm. I wish you good luck and start getting your affairs in order for jail. I had a traffic ticket that at the end of the day, I could have just paid it and got the same results. Throughout their representation of my case, their communication was poor as to what route we were gonna take my traffic case. The point of hiring this firm was to protect my license, but I believe they just wanted to get my case over with and move on.. Hire at your own risk and prepare for poor results and possible jail time, because if it’s criminal, you getting locked up…

I would give them a 6 star review if I could. They have been a tremendous help before, and they recently got all charges dropped on a case which we had nothing to do with. Lonoke Police Department falsely charged my husband with a crime which occured while he was home in bed after a long day at work. Birc made sure my husband's DNA was taken and compared to that taken at the time of the incident in question, and it was exactly what we needed for Lonoke to realize they had the wrong guy. Birc, Kim, Samantha, Jason, and everyone else at Morledge Law Firm are wonderful individuals who fight for their clients. Best criminal defense attorney out there!
