This where Robert’s Foot went through the Living Room Floor . The 2nd picture shows you where this al began over a year ago and my son’s landlord will not fix the floor . My son has reported it many times to be fixed and they just dont care. These are not the only places throughout the apartment . The floor is weak all the way from the front door area where Robert went through across the floo leading towords the kitchen and then if you go into the children’s bedroom infront of their closet the floor is really weak there as well. We are really concerned that one of our Grandchildren could fall through and get hurt . Thank you

When dealing with attorneys, all cases are different different outcomes We might feel that our case is worth $30 million because it's us we hurt we lose money but in all reality I don't think that Morgan and Morgan would do things negative things on purpose. I have a case with them a couple of cases with them and what's meant for you is meant for you and what's not it's not they only could do the best they can do. Who knows I might feel the same way when my case is done. But so far, I have no complaints. I don't expect a call every day every week every month to give me an update. I don't think that's how it work if they decide to settle or come to some type of agreement in either case they're called then or if I have some information some new information to give them then I'll call them s

During my call with the firm, the representative repeatedly mentioned a specific consultation ‘protocol.’ It didn’t appear to involve Tennessee law or any legal limitation—rather, it seemed to be an internal procedure she referenced without clearly explaining. Zero compassion for our medical malpractice consult. I would advise calling Brian Smith and Associates instead.

These people will absolutely take you for a RIDE. Know your stuff if you are going to use them. Especially in a SSDI case. They will 100% slow walk it knowing the longer they drag it out, the more money they get. Prime example, you have 60 days to file an appeal. They will wait 7 of the 8 weeks before they file it. Nothing more than a stall plan. They will give you every excuse in the book when you catch them and call them out on it. They absolutely don't like to get caught in what they are doing. Gonna do some research, potentially could be a class action here. And don't ask for a supervisor, that's another story on it's own.
