Kelli is my lawyer in my car wreck case. She has been there for me every step of the way. She has provided me with reliable information and advice. She is very quick too. Have been dealing with this process for under a year and am almost at the end. She has made this experience so stress free. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but her. My experience at Morgan and Morgan has been horrible so far contacted them regarding an employment case, never heard back anything and then when I contacted them was told they can’t take my case. Also was told I’d be getting a call back from a supervisor regarding my experience and to also be given recommendations never received that call either. Good luck to anyone that will use them. Supposed to be “for the people” lmao guess that’s only for privileged people.

Absolutely terrible. I was hiring them to help me with trying to get disability and not only was it a long and drawn out process they put you through asking the same questions over and over again like they are trying to catch you in a lie but after that and they decided to represent me if you ever had to call them to ask a question you had answer all these questions so they could send you to someone else who would ask you the same questions just to answer a question and when they finally assign me to someone that was a case manager I think they called them. I asked a question about something that I thought would help my case at first I didn't hear anything so I said something about it and I got a answer that had nothing to do with the question I asked so I asked again and I get this short

The intake process at this firm is a disorganized nightmare that borders on harassment. After reaching out regarding a high-stakes mass tort case involving the 1962 Dr. Ray O. Nulsen clinical trials (supported by 2025 Labcorp evidence of fetal programming), I was subjected to a barrage of robo-calls starting at 8:30 AM. ​Every time I answered, I was 'transferred' only for the line to be disconnected, followed immediately by more automated texts and bots. Most insulting of all, the intake staff attempted to gaslight me by re-writing my facts to fit their scripts—at one point trying to claim I was filing for a 'recent incident involving a child' because they couldn't comprehend a case involving fraudulent concealment of historical records. ​They are clearly a 'volume' firm that cannot handle

I like to thank Mr. Jacobs that was there at first. he was great. he always answered every question I had and I really appreciate him a lot. I give him five stars I have say Mr. Damian Morgan& Morgan hired a great one there. thank y'all for assigning him to me. he's been the best. if there was a rating higher than five stars I would give it to him because he has been the he has been there for me and I really appreciate it. thank you Morgan& Morgan for all the help.
