I'm in the beginning phases of the process but, so far, everyone has been courteous and professional. More important, courteous of my time. Alexis set expectations well and everything to follow has gone exactly as was stated. I look forward to working with Morgan & Morgan.

I originally rated 5 stars bc customer service was amazing at first. Then everything immediately changed after they spoke to the other drivers insurance company. They said I had no chance at winning and wouldnt even hear me out after.

Am in very early stage, but so far I am impressed with speed and willingness to make themselves available at any time for me. I hope that is a good omen for a successful outcome!

I dont know what the requirements are for the intake people you hire, but I was talking to "Alia", and God gracious! I am not exaggerating I had to repeat to her the same stuff about 6 times for her to get it, she could not retain anything said within seconds to save her own life. And asking questions that has nothing to do with a case of home insurance, like, "marital status"??? I never felt so frustrated... decided to search another firm instead. Also, it would be logical for intake people to have, at least, the slightest idea of the field they are discussing, because you can't talk to a paralegal, much less to an attorney about your case until getting pass through the intake people who have no clue about what it's being discussed, yet the ate asking questions they themselves dont unders

One of the worst lawfirms. I was talking to someone that barely spoke English. She was asking questions and I didnt realize she was asking a question because it didnt sound like one. I finally got fed up and said forget it I'm going with another lawfirm. She just hung up the phone. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. Their founder's speech on the recording doesn't reflect the service. I would stay away from these guys.
