Called to get a consultation and quote. Person who answered asked me to describe what happened so they could transfer my call. Once I got transferred again they asked again for me to describe the event. Then I was told I’d get a link to type up a statement about the event. When I got to the link there’s no option for my cases scenario so I have to call back just to figure out they don’t take my kind of cases. Terrible service, would not trust the attorney anymore than the clerks considering how bad the consultation process is

Receptionist answered the phone, I said good morning instead of good afternoon, and as I was correcting myself she just hung up on me. Good to know this is how they treat people.

Would def not hire any attorney coming out of this Dallas, TX office. They will waste your time, belittle you , make false promises and not come through! They're untrusting and unprofessional. BEWARE!! RUN !!!
