I sadly can only rated based on the lack of attempt to help me out. The conversation I had with Henry was nice and sounded like he would be helpful how ever let me go into further detail. When first attempting to contact their office and leaving a message with what sounded like a sectary on a Monday with no response in the next couple days, so I attempted to call Thursday and talked directly with Henry, only to have to call back again one week later with no communication, only to feel like I was a simple conversation that was forgotten about. Reminding of my situation and after the 3rd Call to receive no calls back. Sadly feeling in the end that perhaps they may have too many clients to be able to take on another.
