Was referred by another national law firm, told Moore group would contact me within 24 hrs, never heard from them. I called 4 times before getting a live person to be told someone would be contacting me by 1 pm....I finally called back around 2:30 to be told "sorry, we don't think we can handle your case". Would have been nice to have found this out without me having to make 5 calls.
