Monti has been representing me now for about 5 years with divorce, child custody, TPR, Adoption. I know she is glad to see this book closed. She truly cares about the children and her clients. Monti Caldwell Bishop is a.k.a. a one side of the tracks guardian ad litem. She was unprofessional and played both sides of the tracks, instead of doing what was needed in the best interest of the children. Very unorganized and didn't bother to research the other party and their family ethics. Even with the CPS referring the case to be closed and the children be returned to the parent who raised and cared for them since birth, not to a parent/non-biological parent who abandoned them (3) times in their life, instead of packing up and moving out of state to raise another family. A guardian ad litem is an attorney for the CHILDREN, not to be a one sided train jumping tracks 🙄.
