This review expresses my deep disappointment with the service I received from your firm. My experience was far from good, primarily due to the extremely poor communication from day one. I was constantly made to feel like a burden whenever I tried to reach out via phone or email, or even when I had simple questions. When I signed up, no one informed me about the process. There was no guidance on how each step would unfold or how I would be transitioned between different people on my case. Worse, I was never told that updates would only come on your schedule, if at all. Calls were met with indifference, and I was left without crucial information, always feeling as though I was waiting indefinitely. Moreover, progress was painfully slow.
