I've worked with Monogue in the past. The issue was resolved. Years later he was the opposing parties attorney in another case. Which was fine. Recently reached out for estate planning and scheduled an appointment only to have my appointment canceled due to a conflict of interest (assuming because of still being retained) but, the estate planning is completely unrelated. When questioning the receptionist how this is a conflict of interest but him being retained by the opposing party in the first place isn't, I was very rudely told that the appointment was canceled and he would not be meeting with us but refused to explain any further.

Attorney Monogue, was a total professional with my case. Attorney Monogue, helped me with working out a difficult settlement and protected my interests in a way that was fair to both sides. I felt protected and confident that Attorney Monogue was always looking out for me and my best interests. Boni was also professional and helpful to me during the divorce process. I have seen postings on here that say they were not responsive and did not return calls. In my situation that was entirely not the case, I was always treated to prompt and courteous communication.
